Alternative Sites to Receive Communications

Individuals may also request that they receive confidential communications at alternative locations (such as their office) or by alternative means (such as by mail or e-mail). This request should be accepted only if in writing. You do not have to agree with the request, but if you agree, you must abide by your agreement. You must accommodate the request if it is reasonable. You may require that the request be made to you in writing.
